The knitted fabrics are produced with Mayer & Cie technology. Processes of dyeing, bleaching and washing are conducted with utilisation of the air beam and atmospheric dyeing machines with fabric transportation by means of air with capacity 140 - 400 kgs made by the Italian producer MCS. Refining and finishing processes are conducted with: setting machine Brűckner compactor Ferraro napper Mario Crosta squeezer Ferraro non-tension dryers Brűckner calendar Weiss inspection machine Dyes and additions of renowned manufacturers that we use have all the necessary attestations. Our laboratory enables us to fulfil all orders of desired colours. Currently we offer a 1400 ready colours in the palette but we are also able to prepare any colour at your individual request and develop a specific dyeing recipe. Our laboratory can fulfil any colour demands. Our knitted fabrics hold the „Child safe” certificate and fulfil UE standards. Our Quality Control Department takes care that the knitted fabrics meet your demands. Each lot is strictly investigated as far as quality and technical parameters after dyeing are concerned.
